Location

Quiet area 5 blocks west of the Capitol, still in the middle of town.

Courtyard

We are planning our courtyard space. We envision a small walking area around the perimeter with corner flower gardens, a picnic area, and community garden spaces.

Kitchens

Galley style kitchens have granite countertops and stainless appliances. The trash cabinet has locking inner and outer doors for trash valet.

Living Area

The large, open living areas are ample to combine dining and living spaces for entertaining or relaxing. Each opens onto a balcony facing either 10th Street or the courtyard.

Bedrooms

Generous bedrooms attach to either a private bath or a jack-and-jill bath with a shared tub/shower. Washer/Dryer hookups are in the largest closets.
